Self-esteem is how you feel about yourself. Here are some fun things to do to remind you how great you are!
FEEL GOOD BOX
1. Have family members write 10 great things about you.
2. Write 10 great things about yourself.
3. Cut them into strips of paper and place them in a decorated box.
4. Think of people in your life like your teacher, your friends, your neighbors, your brothers and sisters, Mrs. Schmidt, etc. and imagine what good things they would say about you. Write those things down, too, and add them to the box.
5. When you feel sad, look at all of the pieces of paper and see what is so special about you!!
