When someone is treating you badly, you have tons of choices! You have power over the situation. Choose one of the following choices. If that doesn’t work, choose another one, and so on.
1. Keep things the way they are right now.
2. Tell the person how you feel.
3. Write the person a letter.
4. Call the person and tell them how you feel.
5. When the person says something rude, just say, “Thank you", "So", or "Why are you being so mean?"
6. Ignore the person.
7. Talk to the person with your best friend with you or a group of friends with you.
8. Talk to the person with Mrs. Schmidt and try to work it out.
9. Ask Mrs. Schmidt to talk to the person alone.
10. Be very kind to the person whenever you see him or her.
